Luzia Bollinger

Luzia started dabbling with glass fusing in 2003. She was always fascinated with glass; as a young child her hobby was collecting old bottles and even shards of coloured glass.After a trip to Italy, Luzia became inspired with fusing and slumping. She started with small pieces, for example pendants and bracelets, and then worked up to creating larger items.Her works now consist of sushi sets, candle holders, candy and soap dishes and whimsical plates. She also creates garden art by recycling old windows with original designs. All her creationsare unique and original.Luzia frequents local farmer's markets and craft shows, as well as exhibiting at The Homestead Gallery.
